Individual Therapy

I provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults  suffering from a variety of life's challenges.  I have particular expertise working with trauma, stress, relationship issues, and lifespan transitions.  Some of the mental health/human challenges I often work with people on include:

Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT)

Nalanda Institute's Compassion-based Resilience Training (CBRT) is an 8 to 9 week intervention supported by research that has been shown to reduce stress, symptoms of trauma, depression and anxiety while also increasing self-compassion and well-being.  CBRT  utilizes contemplative methods such as mindfulness, compassion practices, imagery and breath work to help students cultivate more resilient, happier lives.
